Who are we?
2019 Molokai Holokai Ho'olaule'a (Paddle Festival) June 29th - 30th 2019 (July 3-4 (Raindates) - SUP, FOIL, OC1, OC2, PRONE, SKI and invitee

The concept of the Molokai Holokai Ho'olaule'a was started back in 2003 with Na Opio Hana Pa’a or A Celebration of Youth Opportunities when the first Maui to Molokai Challenge was started. The crossing was the vehicle in getting our visiting ocean men, women and youth to Molokai via the ocean. While that was happening we had events for our community and everyone then converged at Malama Park for an afternoon of music and festivities. The event evolved, went through its growing pains but most importantly adjusted and adapted to our community needs. Unfortunately Malama Park went through its own growing pains and became off limits but soon we hope that we can bring Malama Park alive with the weekend of Molokai Holokai Ho’olaule’a.

2019 will mark the coming together of our Molokai community with a lot of emphasis on our culture here on Molokai as well as inspiring our youth and their families to get healthy.

We are proud to have many wonderful partners that will be announced shortly, and updated on our website.

We welcome all volunteers and we currently have our partners on Maui and Molokai where we can all work together in making this event amazing for all who attend, from the toddler to the elite athlete.

We look forward to seeing you for 2019….

Stay tuned as we will be updating this site and please follow us on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook
