Registration
Do you have questions on registration?
We will be doing a live document that will hopefully answer all your questions. The Gorilla Ogo Contest and Keiki and Makua Race is free to all
What does my registration cover?
Safety Jersey, hat and goody bag, beverages at finish, banquet dinner and music and a minimum 10% of all entry fees goes to a Youth Scholarship Fund on Molokai
Do I register everyone in my family for the Gorilla Ogo and Keiki and Makua Race?
Yes as we have T’shirts for kids participating and all keiki and youth get free food

Health & Training
How do I prepare for this event?
More info coming soon, but suggest get your water time in and follow a good training routine and healthy eating
How about for the Keiki and Makua race?
Bring your family, smiles and don’t forget the PDF’s if your child does not know how to swim. Maybe get some swim time in at the local pool or join in with some fun paddling activities to get accustomed to the ocean.

How do I get an escort boat?
We are working on creating a list for those that need escort boats. We hope to have some names that you can call by the middle of May

Where do I park my vehicle on Maui?
We are working on overnight parking for two nights free of charge
Is the Gorilla Ogo and Mangrove Seed contest. race
Yes it is and we are working with Sustainable Molokai on who can get the most. There will be prizes for the winners.
What happens when I arrive on Molokai
We have transportation for everyone that chooses to stay for Day 2 and you will be the guests of Youth in Motion.

Accomodations & Travel
How do I plan to leave Molokai?
We are requesting that everyone flies into Maui and get the boat shuttles back to Maui. The reason is that we have limited flights to and from Molokai and we want to keep those seats open to our Molokai residents and visitors who spending time on Molokai
Where do I stay?
Hotel Molokai have rooms and you can also book at Molokai Shores, Wavecrest and there is camping at One Ali’i Park. We will cover transportation to all of these places.
Those staying on the West End (Kepuhi, Ke Nani Kai and Paniolo Hale), we suggest you rent a car. You can reach out to our sponsors Molokai Outdoors for available cars

The Molokai Holokai Ho’olaule’a is a 2-day festival on the island of Molokai hosted by Youth in Motion.
We have events for everyone. Music and food for all on Saturday 15th July as we celebrate our Youth at the Molokai Community Health Center.
