The Molokai Holokai Ho’olaule’a began in 2003 as Na Opio Hana Pa’a, a Celebration of Youth Opportunities. It involved a Maui to Molokai Challenge to bring ocean enthusiasts to Molokai. The event included community events and culminated in music and festivities at Malama Park. Over the years, the event evolved and adapted to community needs. However, Malama Park faced challenges and became unavailable. The hope is to bring Malama Park back as a venue for the event in the future.

Global Race
We are also doing a global virtual race on the same day. If you cannot make it to Molokai then do our Global Challenge and hope to see you in person at a future race.
